Glaucoma is one of the most complex and interesting diseases that eye care providers diagnose and treat. Besides not having any symptoms in the vast majority of cases, early Glaucoma is difficult to detect. I use technology such as my Retinal Thickness Analyzer to perform the Vision Wellness Exam which helps detect glaucoma much earlier in the disease process than waiting for optic nerve damage to the extent that it is detectable with typical exam techniques.
